Member Type About Membership Types Large Company - Dues are determined by a formula that is related to annual net working interest production, processing and transportation volumes in Wyoming. Formula assessment factors are annually reviewed by PAW’s Board of Directors. Large company members are entitled to one vote, as well as all PAW services. Small Company - Consists of production or exploration companies that are not assessed on a formula basis. Small company members are entitled to one vote, as well as all PAW services. Yearly dues for Small Company members are $400. Affiliated Company - Consists of service and supply companies, law firms (including firms with retained industry advocates), accounting firms, banks, contractors, and other organizations whose dues are not determined based on production or throughput. Affiliated Company members are entitled to one vote, as well as all PAW services. Individual - Includes Individuals who are active in the petroleum industry with no more than two employees. Individual members are entitled to one vote, all PAW services. Yearly dues for individual members are $250.
